		<description><![CDATA[Wow! What an amazing story—and what an amazing movie. Salloum draws us into a fascinating creative community within the narrow confines of the Gaza Strip. These young rappers have developed a voice despite (or because of?) the geopolitical circumstances that rule their daily lives. The impasse between the Palestinians and the Israelis has created a walled-in, claustrophobic, pressure-cooker territory where people live in poverty, with little hope of seeing a better future. Yet here they are—singing, rapping, protesting—shining in their youth and optimism. I hope that optimism prevails.]]></description>
