Does anyone know where the acronym, OTMs (“Other Than Mexicans”) originated? I searched Google and I can’t find the source, though everyone is using the term, not just the Wall Street Journal. Here’s a link to a different article in a different newspaper about the same deported illegal Polish immigrant (the online WSJ is subscription-based; this site is free viewing).
